A brief history
Taking into consideration their current high profile status in the East Yorkshire, it's sometimes difficult to believe that the partnership of Quick & Clarke was not formed until 1993, a time when the prevailing property market was in the middle of a slump following the boom of the late 1980's. It was perhaps a bold move to establish a brand new estate agency business in what was already an extremely competitive market in Beverley but that is what happened. They need not have been concerned.
The rest, as they say, is history.
With decades of experience in the local marketplace as estate agents and chartered surveyors coupled with dedication and providing a high calibre service to buyers and sellers, Michael Quick & Howard Clarke's new business flourished and it wasn't long before expansion into areas further afield beckoned.
Quick & Clarke now have six high profile offices covering a vast proportion of East Yorkshire. All offices are staffed by experienced personnel all dedicated to providing sellers and buyers with an unrivalled level of service and knowledgeable expertise in respect of all aspects of the buying and selling process.

Mike Quick, Director
Mike is a Chartered Surveyor and a partner within the company having dealt with property matters across the East Riding for many years for both independant and Corporate Estate Agency firms, Mike established Quick & Clarke in Beverley during 1993 with Howard Clarke. The new agency quickly established itself as a highly regarded forward thinking agent, branching out into five other areas within the next few years.

Howard Clarke, Director

Jon Myers, Director
Jon Myers is a Director of Quick and Clarke having joined the company in 2005. He has over 20 years Estate Agency experience and has recently completed his surveying qualifications through The College of Estate Management and is awaiting final interview for membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Jon originates from Nafferton but now lives in Beverley and following his retirement from playing rugby ( or finally accepting that he is too old to take any more bruising encounters! ) enjoys playing more sedate sports such as golf and tennis in his spare time.
